A great free overnight stop for RVs and caravans with plenty of room for parking in the adjacent streets, freeing up the designated semi and roadtrain parking area. Flushing toilets and hot showers available which are modern and well maintained. Water is limited as its from rain tanks. Please clean up when you leave as its a rest area for our valued truckies. The RV and caravan parking can be as close as 50m from the highway but you can park further away. Despite that, overnight highway noise is minimal as there is little night traffic. Has an electric BBQ, covered picnic tables and kids playground in a nice bush garden setting that includes some large wood carved birds. The locals are very friendly and obviously care about their small community. Consider supporting the adjacent service station for fuel or basic food supplies.
