Bruce Rock - WA RVFT

Bruce Rock is situated in the Central Wheatbelt region of Western Australia 240 kilometres north-east of Perth. The town was originally known as Nunagin or Noonegin and this led to confusion between other towns such as Narrogin and Nungarin. As a result the name was changed to Bruce Rock after the large granite feature located close to the town. The townsite was gazetted in 1913.

This quaint town is a perfect base to explore the Central Wheatbelt region. While in town take a stroll through the Sculpture Park and admire the gardens or take a drive around the region and you will come across Kokerbin Rock the third largest monolith in Australia. The Aquatic Centre and Recreation Centre offer swimming and a variety of sports to keep you fit and active.
