Cullendore High Country - NSW RVFD
Cullendore High Country is a secluded mountain retreat that is located in Cullendore just inside the NSW border 38 kilometers south of Warwick. The campground is a 2000 acre portion of a working cattle property and has an abundance of wildlife including wallabies kangaroos birdlife and the rare and elusive Spotted-tail Quoll. Consequently no pets are allowed on the property.
Cullendore High Country offers several different camping options from the forest to the creek and the mountains. Sites are available to CMCA members for a cost of $13.50 per person per night and $15 per person per night for non-members of CMCA. The area is for self-contained vehicles only with a 5 day maximum stay and rates include access to showers and toilets. Booking are essential and firewood is available at the office.
Being situated in the mountains of the Great Dividing Range there are plenty of bushwalks and scenic views to take in. Be sure to bring your camera for the chance to capture some beautiful photos.
