Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR) Bundaberg Open Day will be held on Sunday 6 November at the Burnett Heads Base to celebrate 50 Years of serving the Bundaberg region boating community.

Celebrating 50 Years of Volunteer Marine Rescue Bundaberg!

VMR Bundaberg's main rescue vessel, Bundy Rescue 2, will be open for inspection.

Qld Water Police and LifeFlight will be in attendance.

A BBQ lunch will be available to purchase through the Burnett Heads Progress Association.

There will be memorabilia to look at, and to purchase, as well as information on VMR Bundaberg membership and how to stay safe on the water.

There will be plenty of VMR Volunteers to talk to about what we do and how to become involved.
