Lake Grace is situated 360 kilometres east of Perth and is within one of the bigger shires in Western Australia. The town is the regional centre, with a choice of specialty shops and services; including a hospital, doctors’ surgery, pharmacy, dental and physiotherapy services.
Lake Grace Caravan Park, situated on Mather Street, offers short-term parking to visitors. Sites are available starting at a self-contained rate of $5 per vehicle per night or a site with use of full amenities is available starting from $28 per vehicle per night. Potable water is available; however, fees will apply due to short supply of water in town, and rural water restrictions. A dump point is located at the Sport Precinct on Stubbs Street.
Every year from August the region comes alive with an array of wildflowers and attractions; from natural salt lakes and granite outcrops to early settler museums. Regional events are held at this time of year with bush races, wine tasting, and art displays.
