Streaky Bay is a coastal town on the western side of the Eyre Peninsula, just off the Flinders Highway, 303km north-west of Port Lincoln and 727km by road from Adelaide.
The seaside town is known for its seafood and aquaculture centre, and anglers flock to the town in order to experience the stunning fishing locations.
Visitors can relax and unwind at one of the many parks and gardens with playgrounds, shelters, BBQs and ample parking. Or if you are feeling more active, the town also has a 9 hole eco-friendly golf course and clubs are available to rent at the Visitor Information Centre, if you don’t happen to have any with you.
Short-term parking is available at the Streaky Bay RV Site for $15 per vehicle per night, and a dump point and potable water can be found at the Streaky Bay Lions Park.
With its pristine natural wonders, endless sandy beaches and warm friendly locals, Streaky Bay is a perfect base for you to explore the vast coastline of the Great Australian Bight and the hinterland that lies beyond.
