Mirani is predominately a sugar cane farming town, located approximately 980kms north of Brisbane and just 38kms west of Mackay in the Pioneer Valley. The surrounding areas are a wonderland of waterfalls, volcanic boulder formations and lush flora. Mirani is also the gateway to the Eungella National Park, where you can picnic, go for a walk and drop a line for a spot of fishing.
Casual parking is available in Victoria and Alexandra Streets, with short-term parking available at the Mirani Caravan Park in Caroline Street for $10 per vehicle per night. The dump point is located in Victoria Street and potable water is available in the park in the same street.
With its picturesque countryside, and abundance of flora and fauna, Mirani is a fantastic place to visit, especially for RV travellers.
