Sheffield is located 30 kilometres from Devonport and 93 kilometres from Launceston, in the Kentish District of Tasmania. Those visiting Sheffield can find short-term parking at Sheffield Recreation Reserve. Sites are $10 per vehicle per night and stays are limited to 96 hours; however, visitors will also have access to a dump point and potable water. 

A small drive throughout the region of Sheffield will reward visitors with stunning views of Mount Roland and ample quirky named towns, each with a unique personality. For those looking for a bit of excitement, nearby you will find Tasmazia and the Village of Lower Crackpot, one of the world’s largest maze complexes, which consists of eight mazes, a model village, a pancake parlour, and a gift shop.
